flashpoint_heroes | Thread Timeline

Kinda giggled to myself seeing this pop up because I just hunted down threads to start a tracker in my Discord server. XD

Figured it would be an easy way to keep track of our CR. XD Also, gonna drop a starter for their date night in the muse box soon! Sorry it got delayed. Felt crappy all week.

I was finding myself wanting to go back and remind myself of things so I could keep stuff consistent. It's been a while since I've had anything this involved (and I love it).

No worries. I could do the starter if you'd like. Work today should hopefully be pretty quiet, lol.

I am too! Thawne's gonna be a *problem* when he finds out. Man has issues. I also think Harry should have a brief chat with her some time soon. XD

Claire's already so worried about Thawne, and it's gonna get even worse when she finds out that Barry is The Flash. She and Barry getting along makes perfect sense to me, but I didn't expect her to get so attached to Thawne. ;-; Everything she does will be to try and protect both of them as much as she can.

I think she'll be happy to talk to Harry and tell him she got the Meta who made him crash. We can also assume she's called Noah off screen and told him a little bit about what's happening - at the very least about the existence of Metas and that it's possible for her to be affected in ways they've never seen before, because in her mind he'll need to know that.

She's like Snart in that she won't tell other people's secrets, and she also hides plenty of her own, so she prob won't mention Thawne at all. And she'd be vague in mentioning that she has a date. XD

Claire and Barry are so cute! But yeah, I didn't expect the whole thing with Thawne either. I'm still so torn between how that's gonna play out. Because he's genuinely taken with her, but he was also genuinely taken with Cisco. I think he really does believe she might be able to pull him back in the future before he goes dark but I think right now, he's too far gone for redemption and he knows it. So he's just putting all his bets in the future timeline plan.

Aww! <3 Harry needs to meet secret agent dad too! I think that will be fun!

Thawne doesn't hang around in the timeline unless he has to, so I don't think he'll find out for a while unless it slips somehow.

She might have to be pulled out of the deep end trying to fix everything. XD It'll crush her that she can't help Thawne now, but also just make her more determined to try the future plan.

I could see Harry and Noah getting align very well! Noah will have his suspicions about Barry at first, but that's only because he's looking out for Claire. Honestly Barry's just the type of person he'd hope she ends up with.

Claire slipping up and mentioning something to the wrong person is possible. I'm also leaving the possibility for her having some kind of breakdown because she can't heal emotionally/mentally the way she does physically. (And I'm mean to her.) Or there are tons of ways for either Barry or Thawne to find out otherwise.

This 1 2 3 4 is the man you're wanting to save Claire. He has *issues*.

They can bond over being protective, badass dads! And Barry will just have to win Noah's trust by being the golden retriever coded fluffball he is at this canonpoint.

An edit for a lol short I just came across! Every time Barry speeds John Diggle (one of The Arrow's team) somewhere, he gets sick. XD it reminded me of when Thawne brought Claire into Flash Time so she wouldn't get dizzy with his speed.

Barry's such a good guy, even not knowing he's The Flash, and seeing how much Claire likes him will def be a big point in his favor. Noah will get along with Harry just fine, they have too much in common not to! Also judging by what I've seen in clips, he'd like Cisco and Caitlin too. <3 (Claire is absolutely not telling her dad about Thawne. XD)

It's funny you say golden retriever coded because when Barry and Claire were talking about her getting a dog my mind immediately jumped to golden retriever. :D And I think she's gonna get a dog at some point, it'll be a real sign that she wants to stay in CC and settle down more. She's been running a long while up to this point.

Oh man! I generally HC that she handles stuff like that well - except when she met my friend's AU Spider-Man and he was carrying her sideways her on a building. That she didn't like. LOL. The swinging was fine but that? Nope.

She thinks all the Meta speedster powers are just the coolest tho tbh. That's gonna keep impressing her for the foreseeable future.
